He leads customized outdoor leadership programs for corporations and business schools that range from two days to two weeks.

THE JUNIPER FUND

Equally enraptured by the people of the world as by the mountains of the world, he co-founded the Juniper Fund, a non-profit 501c(3) organization that supports local expedition workers in Nepal. He acts as the Executive Director and spends many early mornings working on its programs and fundraising.
